Patient consulting with doctor

Northwest Neurological offers quality care and research leadership for patients with neurological conditions.

Northwest Neurological, PLLC is committed to providing integrated, compassionate and individualized quality care for the full spectrum of neurological conditions. We focus primarily on neurological consultation and follow-up care, and are pleased to offer Chronic Care Management, too. Visit Services for a complete list of the conditions we treat.

Dr. David Greeley founded Northwest Neurological, PLLC in Spokane, Washington, in 1999 to provide medical services to patients with neurological concerns—especially movement disorders (Parkinson's disease, tremor, etc.) and dementia (such as Alzheimer's disease and dementia with Lewy bodies). Jamie Mark, ARNP, joined the practice in 2000. Dr. Jeff Emery and Dr. Jason Aldred came aboard in 2013 and 2014, respectively. Anne-Marie Bergeleen, ARNP, also joined our medical staff in 2014. And we're happy to have Tim Gilreath, LMP, as our most recent addition, in the spring of 2015.

Northwest Neurological is the only private practice neurology group in the region. In addition to our office in Spokane, we operate a satellite clinic in Pullman, WA. Information about this clinic is available on the Contact page.

We are actively seeking patients with memory problems or Parkinson’s disease to participate in our collaboration with Washington State University’s memory and aging research program. Learn more.
