Northwest Neurological, PLLC was founded by Dr. David Greeley in Spokane, Washington, in 1999, to provide medical services for patients who had neurodegenerative diseases (including but not limited to Alzheimer's disease, Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson's disease).
