Becky Tiller is a licensed mental health counselor at Northwest Neurological in Spokane, Washington and provides counseling, coaching, and consultations for patients with life-changing diagnoses.

Becky Tiller earned her BA in Communication from Boise State University and her MA in Counseling Psychology from Gonzaga University. As a coach and counselor, Becky has supported adults and elders in the Spokane area for the past 30 years, navigating care choices and planning within and beyond the Spokane community. She owned Tiller Care Strategies, a care management company from 2004-2019. She has worked with a variety of adult and elder services in Spokane, including Holy Family Adult Day Centers, Holy Family Hospital’s Ethics Committee and End of Life Committee, and the Inland NW Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.

At Northwest Neurological, Becky provides counseling, coaching, and consultations for patients and families struggling with a life-changing neurological diagnosis. She recognizes that everyone’s needs are different and tailors her approach for each individual. Balancing compassion, professionalism, and patients’ desires, Becky works with patients and their families as they navigate life with a new diagnosis and prepare for the road ahead.

On certain Wednesdays, Becky hosts a support group designed for patients with dementia and those caring for them. This support group, named The Brainiacs, has been run by Becky since 2008 and requires prescreening.
